Very friendly and helpful attendant. A very swift and smooth drop-off.
Juergen KForcing customers to travel long distances to return vehicles, requiring days of travel and hundreds of dollars of gas is totally unreasonable. I will never be using the service again. We were told our drop off location was a town neighbouring hours, and forced to change at the last minute after we had already traveled. Customer service was rude and unsupportive, it did not feel like they cared about the people they were dealing with.
Leo BIt's perfect. When moving my belongings out of the Kelowna Self Storage locker, I was able to rent a UHaul from the office. I was shown the sizes and costs and easily decided on what my needs were, and it was easily within my budget.
KEVIN MWhen I go online and reserve a trailer from one place, in one city, and then I have to travel 120 kms to another city to pick it up, that is not acceptable. You should advise when making the reservation that the trailer was not available in Vernon. Then to top it off, the fellow in Vernon was very rude on the phone and basically said it wasn't his problem
