Do not send me to another location to pick-up my RESERVED van. My reserved vehicle should be waiting at the time and PLACE where I reserved.
EDWIN PYour U haul computer system/program took about 30 minutes to process our pick up. The system was terribly slow. And kept kicking the user off so it had to start again. This was our only disappointment.
