Staff didn’t know where the gas gauge was at and when we over filled the gas refused to offer any sort of refund or discount towards overall price. Staff was simply rude and uninformed about anything going on.

brandon rThe back of the truck had dirty snow in it which got our furniture wet. The check-in process took at least 20 minutes because the store clerk kept pausing to help other customers. Not his fault, but having only 1 person working at a rental location is not ideal.
