The back of the truck had dirty snow in it which got our furniture wet. The check-in process took at least 20 minutes because the store clerk kept pausing to help other customers. Not his fault, but having only 1 person working at a rental location is not ideal.

The truck did the job and drove fine since I was using tin the neighborhood but trash and personal effects from a previous renter were in it, including mail. The steering wheel was grimy. One tire needed air or the light was on when I picked it up.
ANN MIt's a 50/50 the young gentleman behind the register was struggling a lot with managing the gas station and the U-Haul rentals however he was a such a sweetheart. I did the app pick up but he still had to process it on his side??? But over all quick pick up and well done
Luz DThe attendant was 30 minutes late for pick up, that then ate into my rental time. He also added insurance which I opted out of online. I will continue to use U-Haul as all my other experiences have been good but I will actively avoid this location.
Owen LHave the ID set up, citizenship verification thing done before hand. I was caught off guard that you guys made me do that when I arrived. I lost valuable time from my rental because of the verification process.
