Price they charged me was not the same as the quote i was given at the time of reserving the truck. And i returned it to the place i was supposed to get the reduced price.

JOHN MU-Haul app is horrible! Tried to return truck though app and took all pictures requested and it kept saying error message over and over! Was there for over 30 minutes and finally gave up and put the keys is return box and left. Please fix your app system!!!!! Hope this helps anyone who needs to use this app for U-Haul
