The air vents were very dirty. I turned on the AC and quickly turned it off when I saw how disgusting they looked. Also they seemingly claimed damage was done to the rear passenger side. Any damage to the van I rented occurred before I rented it. I must've rented at least half a dozen trucks from uhaul before and I've never had to deal with such a ridiculous circumstance. Between being in a rush and not having to defend myself from such audacious accusations in the past I neglected to take pictures of the van before I took it. I'll never let that happen again because apparently you never know when they'll try to stick you with a BS damage claim.

The check in's and out are impossible. Couldn't upload photos. Kept getting error msgs. And the app didn't help at all. No complaints other then that.
