There was no gate code information. we called and we were left outside of the gate with no help. nobody answered our calls. There was no helpful info in the checkout process and we had to leave the truck in the driveway outside of the gate. very poor experience

Nowhere for this business to be. Just a gate and key drop box. I'm supposed to do uhaul work for you? Pay me a salary then.
Logan BPick up and drop off was unnecessarily difficult. No assistance available. No lighting at after dark made an already difficult process even more difficult. Will not use this location again.
