The invoicing vs the reservation cost estimate is very confusing. I ended up paying less than expected even through I drove more miles than anticipated. But looking at the receipt to figure out why is baffling. That leads me to believe your marketing is purpousfully confusing versus how you actually bill. That causes me to be wary of trusting the brand.
