Everything worked as it should they couldn't give me the van that I reserved but they gave me a bigger one for the same price it's the second or third time I've used them I'll use them again till I buy a pickup truck LOL everything is good

Electric mirror for all
James PCan't think of anything to change. Very easy location to find, and easy to return.
Andrew SU-Haul team was courteous and quick. All paperwork taken care of quickly and we were on our way. All details were clearly explained to us (we have rented from this facility multiple times in the past). Vehicles were clean (including cargo area); windshields and driving cockpit were clean and clear. U-Haul is a much better solution if you prefer your vehicles clean and up to date with backup camera, stereo, and all controls working as they should. In contrast, we rented from Home Depot a week ago and it was filthy. We had to clean the windows ourselves before we started our trip with Windex & paper towels. There were food wrappers in the drivers area, and the cargo area was filthy. If it weren't for the timetable we were on, we would have declined the vehicle and rented elsewhere. While the HD truck is much less expensive (no mileage charge or limits), for short hauls, we prefer U-Haul.
