The truck I was assigned when doing my online pickup was not at the lot. I had to wait until the location opened and then still struggled to get the truck figured out.

Fire everyone that works at this location and start again. The truck return didnt get processed for almost a week and I got a charge for almost 40 dollars for gas that someone else used because I filled the tank back up. Im never using this location again. Very poor review from me sorry not sorry.
