Make sure your gate code is correct so you have no problems accessing when trying to get into your storage unit and making sure it’s clean out. I had to clean out my own storage!

Everything was great
JESUS SYour app for checking the vehicle over prior to driving away from the U-Haul location sucks. I was not able to complete the process for either unit. Very frustrating.
THADDEUS WI used a 6 by 12 trailer to move my mother from Richland to Spokane. This trailer along with my full sized pickup was exactly the right size. I was impressed with the balance and easy pull of this trailer. I will definitely use this size trailer again. Pick up and return process went very smoothly. I am a happy customer.
RICHARD HStaff were very helpful and able to get us what we needed quickly and get us on our way. They also made returning the truck very simple with after hours return though the app.
