I requested to use location 2001 N Steptoe st Kennewick WA, not location which I was forced to use. The location which I was forced to use will absolutely force me to use alternative moving companies. I will never use the location in which U-Haul transferred me to. Read my app up loads. Horrible customer service, I never received any follow up from U-Haul.

LEAH VWe were told that we could come at 8am and do mobile pick-up. But when we started the mobile app, it said this was not available for our rental. So we had to wait outside the facility until 9am when they opened. This was not satisfactory.
Lawrence SThat person running this location was not even in the office when I got there at 9:00 a.m. in the door was unlocked found out I was still upstairs asleep finally about 9:20 he came down when I called a main number and they called his boss when I took the truck back he just wanted me to hand him the keys and leave I said no I want it signed off I will never go back to this place not very professional
