The booking process was made easy through the app and call from a representative. My primary criticism involved a price change for the rental at the time of pickup. This error was on the part of U-Haul, not D&M Service Centre. The agent at D&M was unable to set the price back to the quoted amount (displayed in the app), even after a call to U-Haul's head office. A refund was authorized, so I will await that before proceeding further.
