When I realized I would be delayed in returning the trailer, one phone call was all it took for adjustments to be made. The entire team makes a point of getting to know their customers and are willing to go the extra mile in facilitating a quick and smooth rental process. The manager went so far as to degrease the electronics coupling on my truck for me to ensure proper signal light functionality. Everything was fine. The equipment was clean and a reasonable state of repair. There was a problem with the surge brake being applied repeatedly in short succession when riding over bumps on the road. It made for a very uncomfortable 14 hour drive.
