The man at the counter would not help us when we had trouble checking in on the app. He stated he 'was not a U-Haul rep'. There was no cell service at this location to check in so we had to drive back to our house, check in on our computer, and drive back to pick up our van. We wasted 1 1/2 hours of our reservation. Very frustrating.

Robert C.Pickup and reservation was very easy. However, had some trouble with the return process on the U-Haul app. Was able to confirm return over the phone with attendant, but would suggest updating the app for future customers.
