John MI reserved this trailer earlier this past week to pick up at Kettle Moraine. I received a phone call from uhaul saying I had to pick the trailer up at a place over 40 minutes from my house in the wrong direction on top of that. I ask them why I couldn't pick up the trailer at Kettle Moraine they told me they didn't have a trailer available there. I told them that was strange just drove by there a day before and they had two there. Told them to cancel my reservation since they insisted I couldn't pick up there. I called Kettle Moraine they verified they had two trailers so I walked in the next day and rented the trailer directly from that location. If U haul wants to play those games I will never reserve through them online again.
