- Loading instructions too small and not solidly printed. Bigger font and darker printout so old people can read them. - Trailer parts (e.g., tongue jack, strap ratchets) needed oil - Wrong tire/rim installed so tire rubbed on trailer and burst. Very dangerous and made me have to wait on side of Freeway for assistance. Again, very dangerous.

HAMILTON FThey have no equipment ag this location everything is stored across town on pine street when returning equipment ihaul tell y I u that you at wrong drop location I call customer service and they said it should be fine and that there sh I updnt be any extra charge for dropping at a dufferant location than specified at time of rental scott at uhaul just said to drop it and everything w I uld ve fine. We shall see
