Just used the 24/7 drop box. Was surprised the next day to see a $27 fuel charge when we were very diligent to make sure fuel was accurate. Thankfully James had me take a picture when I picked the truck up and I also had a picture when I dropped it off. Called customer service and the representative took excellent care of us and reversed the charge once I sent the picture. Overall great experience though.
Richard PReally do'nt have any suggestions. The location of rental pick-up in Kimberly, Wi. had the right personal to complete and close the transaction from start to finish. We were very satisfied with your standard of service. Txk again.
Bruce kUhaul was not prepared with the Appliance dolly for my order. Uhaul has failed to train the employees of the gas station where I picked up. They hate uhaul and don't know what they are doing either. It took over an hour for me to get the keys. I had to drive a separate trip to rent a dolly somewhere else. Such a Hassel! Train the people at the pick up locations.
