I rented a 10' truck on August 30th and September 4th, using the mobile app (after hours) on both occasions. On 8/30 the app worked fine. On the 4th, the app said since I had an out of state drivers license, I'd need a 2nd form of ID. Then the app disconnected. Fortunately, the owner was nearby and helped me finish the check out.
