Nothing! Brad provided outstanding customer service and explained everything very well in detail. I will be leaving Brad and his company a five star review on Google as well.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt was a trouble free process getting the equipment that I needed. I called in and made a reservation for the dates and picked up the equipment. In and out with no problems. The equipment had no problems, did what I had to do, turned in the equipment the night before it was due using the key drop. All good.
Rick CNot many people know you require a credit card , not a debit card to rent the pickup or small cargo can I would strongly recommend this be added to your website as I watched 2 different customers walk out very angry and frustrated today because of this policy For us folks who don't have a major credit card. This will of course cost you business
