It took over 40 minutes to get paperwork cleared. It’s a small convenience store and the young man working had no training on Uhaul.

Guy didn't know what he was doing and would not focus on me while transaction was going he was to busy doing other stuff poor service
Wendy FThe truck had issues with engine light coming on. When I made original reservations with this place I made it for 1 way. He even had Sunbury Ohio as drop off but when I called in to extend rental by 1 day I found out he made it for local. And it was a mess. Now I have a charge of $508.36 and a hold of $262.51 on my credit card. The drop off place was awesome.
