I am giving this location an excellent review all on account of TJ who works at this location. I had arranged to pick up my vehicle after hours for mobile pickup and was nervous because I had never done this before. I had gone by earlier in the day and spoke to TJ before it closed to understand the procedure. When I went later in the day, the app would not allow be to access the vehicle I reserved. After waiting on hold with U-Haul, and finally speaking to a representative, they told me the person who rented the vehicle before me had not returned it yet (Note to U-Haul - you should schedule the drop-off and pick up so close together). U-Haul was going to try to locate another vehicle for me at another location. This was troublesome. Off in a distance, I noticed TJ was there. Though he was off duty and there for personal reasons, he happily helped me and was able to get me a truck and took care of it all for me within minutes. I was so grateful for TJ's help and really appreciated his attentiveness. THANK YOU, TJ!
