I was charged for moving pads that I did not receive and was unable to contact anyone about removing them from the bill. I selected pickup at a location so I could interact with a human vs virtual and was forced to do online pickup. The truck ran fine and was clean but the lack of communication was sub par.

I know its difficult since the operator also is working full time at the carwash ... but there was a bell to ring for Uhaul service, which I rang repeatedly. No one came to door. Had to go to the front of the carwash, and wait for a car to pull up so the overhead door opened. Still the same, I am grateful for the service. Same day I had reserved a truck at Home Depot, which they cancelled right before I I arrived, even though I reserved it a week earlier, and then I reserved another Uhaul at a site in Kingston, got the confirmation, and when I arrived the building was emptly and locked and no response from the owner. So thank Kingston Carwash for actually being there for me with a truck.
ERIC Fwhen I arrived on site, the low air pressure monitor was on and the dashboard was stuck on French. I called the help line from my app and they asked me to drive to the local gas station to put air in the tires. I rented a truck from your company because I didn't want to have problems with my friend's pickup. I was very disappointed and quite frankly aggravated that I had to go deal with any pre-existing problem such as this. This service center knew this truck had a problem when they gave it to me.

Jennifer DI made the reservation for pickup in Marshfield days before the rental. The afternoon the day before the rental I received a call that the pickup spot was changed to Kingston. The person on the phone acted like it was no big deal but I was coming from the north shore and had people all lined up to help. Then when i turned the truck in you charged me for excess mileage - the excess was the distance from Kingston to Marshfield which should not be my cost but yours given you changed the reservation - not me.
