The location was not open when during stated hours and equipment was not available. We had to call customer service and needed to switch to a smaller truck. That meant that we needed to take more trips and put on more miles than anticipated.

Renato CThe location was adequate, however the electronic experience via the app was awful. Luckily attendants at the location were able to help me so I could bypass most the app's requirements. I needed and preferred to handle the exchange with no contact today however after my experience I will never choose that option again, if I ever ever choose to use Uhaul again.
Dewayne TThey charged me for two extra days when the truck was dropped off the same day it was picked up. I will never rent from U-Haul again.
DEBRA DI was charged for moving pads that I did not receive and was unable to contact anyone about removing them from the bill. I selected pickup at a location so I could interact with a human vs virtual and was forced to do online pickup. The truck ran fine and was clean but the lack of communication was sub par.
