Hi, I was charged for 50 miles of gas. My bill was over $80! I only went 5-7 miles at max. Can you help to rectify this error? Isn’t an audit done to the truck when the truck is returned to the location ? Can we verify this information and if appropriate can I get a refund of the excess charges? Please and thank you! Truck had light in dash requesting service. I dropped truck before 6pm, same day, was told to drop key in box by employee/business owner. Looking at my receipt, seems I was charged for dropping “after hours”.
KELLEY PI did not have the address and no Internet but when we got in touch with them, they were very helpful and friendly.

Paul FThe truck was clean, As far as maintenance it ran okay but the transmission was having trouble shifting as well as there was an awful lot of clunking in the front end during steering I believe there are some parts that need to be replaced, As far as the process I found the return process particularly difficult when it came to taking pictures of the vehicle upon my return, It was dark when we were returning it and the pictures were not that great but the app was not clear as to exactly Which pictures it didn't like, It said red but there was no obvious red shone eventually we realized that it was the reddish thin line around the picture Indicating that was a picture that it wanted a new one, However some of the pictures that it didn't complain about the first time we tried to submit it later decided to change so the process took 45 minutes just to get the pictures right after we figured out which once we even needed to do, This needs to be improved better indication of which pictures are unacceptable And it should be consistent as far as which pictures are okay or not, It got the job done and I'm not sure that the issues I had have anything to do with this particular location that's why I rated it as I would recommend it in terms of Picking up the rental but the rental truck itself needs an inspection, The engine did run well And we did get done what we had to
