How U-Haul Reviews WorkDisaster of reservation. My truck reservation was cancelled. I was told I can get one in Hyannis to drive to Boston and back. Rude people on the phone and request to provide a break on the milage given the reservation is moved went no where.
PAIMAN NThe app SUCKS. Took an HOUR to get set up and was incredibly frustrating calling customer service and being transferred to other people. I was ready to just cancel the order by the end.
