How U-Haul Reviews WorkI don’t know what these clowns did after I dropped off the trailer, but I got harassed by U-Haul for almost 2 months for not returning the equipment. I received email confirmations that it was returned and text messages that said that it wasn’t. You guys need to get your system straight. This is no way to run a business.
Todd AQuick and easy pick up and drop off
William MThe app is trash. Use a browser. Didn't receive the extras I added on and paid for, so probably best to just ignore all of those and provide anything you'll need yourself.
Brian GI had to cancel the first two reservations as they could not provide the truck I needed from the location I wanted on that date. I made the reservation two weeks ahead of time. That was plenty of time to move the vehicle I needed to that location
