Tough even finding someone who works there and when we did, he told us to "drop and go". However, we were never checked out and it took me 3 calls to Uhaul to get the drop off finalized, two days after I actually dropped it off! Would never use this location again.
Kimberly DThe check in and return process were great. The van we had was clean and well maintained. Only issue was the van only had quarter tank of gas luckily we didn’t have to travel far.
Lawrence DConsider pulling your contract with MVP Auto. U-haul customers are not a priority for them. They only want to focus on acquiring / selling used vehicles.
