Customer service was excellent. Process both picking up and dropping off was excellent.
Michelle DI am carpet customer and I like the app to get our trips planned. However this trip was strange and someone cancelled my truck after pickup. I didn’t receive the app confirmation to upload my license though I received an email request. It wa worked out fine on my end but had to call and pay and make sure location of one way arrival was aware of my return. U-haul is awesome and quick to fix the issue. Happy to rent with you and will pick you guys always!
KATELYN BPoor customer service. They did not seem inviting and it felt like I was bothering them. The office was hidden where I could not see them processing my order after I handed them my drivers license. That made me uncomfortable as they also took so long processing it before handing me my driver's license
Mbuthia NDespite being instructed to call upon arrival this location Does not answer telephones or take voice mails. Almost one whole day after drop off to close contract out. Cannot recommend using this location.
