Despite being instructed to call upon arrival this location Does not answer telephones or take voice mails. Almost one whole day after drop off to close contract out. Cannot recommend using this location.

Had scheduled an 8 am pickup . Unfortunately it wasn’t set up for the pre pickup . Someone just never set it up . Didn’t receive my vehicle till 8:52 which made me very later . Had to drive to Boston in very heavy traffic . I called U-Haul they explained it was unfortunate it wasn’t set up by the employees so I had to wait till 9 am . I was offered a larger truck but I didn’t need such a big truck a 10 footer was all I needed . I was offered a discount for the situation but never given one when the truck was returned .Not sure why it wasn’t applied

Abel FSorry. This experience wasn’t great. No dolly. My drop off location was changed by 30 miles without my approval . I had I believe 3 calls to help center during my experience. Truck was pristine though. And it wasnt necessarily the locations fault- they told me they have no equipment other than vehicle from U haul. So they say. Drop off at cedarville was super easy. I’ll still use you again. They actual customer calls were very polite and responsive and did exactly what was needed to be done so kudos to them.
