There was nobody working when I dropped off. It was very easy and there were no issues, I just did not interact with anyone.

No signs to tell you where the drop off was.had to approach a worker to find out where to park.

MATTHEW LThe process was clunky and required you to download an app to do it. Also, I was charged for furniture pads, and a dolly that I did not use. There were additional charges on my bill (over $50) that I paid. I tried to complain, but of course it was AI send a message that the manager would look at it and he never did. honestly, overall, not a great experience. it’s too bad because I live in the town that I rented and I would definitely have used it again and told friends about it.
Margaret SNo blankets available, no gas in truck then charged 65.00 for gas when I put 35.00 in it. The attendant wasn't helpful at all. I would never recommend or rent from there again. Truck ran bad, smelled beat up. Very disappointed.
