The uhaul had some brown substance on the "mom's attic" section of the cargo area. I was told I needed to sweep ans clean the cargo area when I was done, however, it was quite dirty when I received it, hence the first statement. Other than those issues. I had a decent experience with the gentleman at the desk upon purchase.
