The ratchet system was so rusted that it was not useable. After banging my hands multiple times trying to get the system to function, I used my own WD40 to lubricate the system.

Peter WMy vehicle was at 1/4 tank of fuel, the tire went flat and this wasn’t the location I originally reserved through. It was out of our way.
