I could not open the trailer tailgate due the fact that the latches no longer exist on the trailer. The trailer had quick link threaded couplers on the chains holding the tail gate closed. I could not undo them and 2 of them had been welded shut. This was my worst experience with U-Haul. I did not notice the inability to use the tailgate until I went to load the trailer. What could you do to improve for the next customer, have a better inspection process and repair the equipment properly, don't MacGyver the equipment into a quick fix. Overall my experience was horrible

How U-Haul Reviews WorkAll good for me
GISELE SSimple and hitched up trailer for me
John BDidn't see a person, it was just a drop off
Briana SYes please ensure the seat belts especially on the vehicle we had passenger side Seat belt locked me in and kept getting tighter It sent me into a very bad panic attack If there’s any way to put a pass through from cab to the back, that would be very beneficial Seatbelt is a real safety issue
