The electronic order menu did not transfer over to the site location for the extra boxes and sundry items added to the trailer order. The onsite gentleman was very helpful but the system was not linked with the aqua bay site.

I booked for 8 am at princess a month ahead. Instead i was provided with different location that only opens at 10, plus with 2 customers ahead of me, i was only able to pick up the track closer to 11. Also the guy didnt know how far half a tank would get me, how big is the tank or how much gas would I need.

The truck (15') self pickup (7am before store opened) was well designed through the website and customer service. However, the previous night I had received a text/email confirming that other equipment (i.e dolly) would be with the truck. During the self-pickup we noticed that there was no equipment in the truck. Customer service made us go to another store to pickup the equipment, which was rather inconvenient given that we had already paid for it and expected it with our truck and were on a tight time limit for moving.

On 20 March/17 I booked at 6x12 trailer for April 1st - pick up at 0730 hrs. Approximately one week before I was notified by phone that pick up was now at 1630 hrs. I had difficulty getting through the 1-800 number in order to get an explanation for the change as it was imperative for early morning pick up. So, I went to the dealer I had originally booked with. I did not see the manager who had set me up, thus another employee assisted me who in turn connected me by phone to speak to the reservation personnel. The latter acknowledged the error and advised that they would correct their mistake. I did get a trailer at a different site which was fine. I was able to pick up the trailer at 10 am when the site opened. My personal plans were to have been packed and on the road by 10. We were delayed which was not a problem. It all worked out but I was concerned that I could of missed out. Therefore, U-haul should review their reservation methods (via internal computer programming) so that a future customer, who gets confirmation of a reservation, do not inadvertently get potentially inconvenienced or bumped. Again...all worked out. Respectfully submitted.

My internet request included equipment such as a fridge dolly, and 4 furniture dollies, 3 or 4 days before pickup, ample time for the location that was chosen by U.Haul internet centre for truck that I reserved.Surprise they had the truck but no equipment.. employee had to contact other distribution point to find the equipment..45 minutes later part of equipment was found,arrangements were made for ME to pickup the equipment at different location,another 20 min. later had the fridge dolly and only 3 NOT 4 furniture dollies then went on my way to meet my 7 friends who had waited well over 1 1/2 hrs. to start the move.You can well imagine that the move started in a different kind of mood that I had expected. STRONG SUGGESTION: Please improve your company communications skills.Either not all info RE: all customer equipment requests.... ( dealer had e.mailed about truck reservation but didn't mention the lack of dollies .. was he informed of lack of dollies? .. he definitely didn't inform me pre.pickup at location ..why was it left to me to waste my time and energy to pick up equipment at a different location? Extremely frustrating waiting time for me.. not happy with your lack of consideration for me your customer. YOUR EMPLOYEE did the VERY BEST he could to meet MY needs. ......HE CARED FOR HIS CUSTOMER. .. YOU DIDN'T.

Our pickup location was changed to this one WITHOUT our knowledge or consent. I only found out after trying to call the original pickup location and got no answer on several occasions, with a full voicemail mailbox that I could not leave messages with. Location was unplowed. Great difficulty getting truck out of the parking lot. Truck's wipers were frozen and nonfunctioning as the truck's windshield had not been prepared prior to our arrival. Price was $7 higher than initial quote - staff was unhelpful, "can't do anything", Uhaul customer service similarly unhelpful, initial reservation email did not show the original price quote.

Dark dirty store with very little signage to tell you where to park vehicle and where to complete transaction. Person who took the key from me barely spoke and I had to ask if there was anything else to do. All I got from him , with his back turned to me "nope". Will definitely never use that location again and will telling everyone I know to stay clear

My problem was not the location but U-haul it self. The worst service I have every received. Day before I'm told my 15 ft is confirmed from 12 pm on Friday to 12 pm on Sat. I specifically wanted 6pm on Friday to 6pm on Friday. After searching I was reassured I could have a 15ft from 5:30-5:30 at the pick up above. When I called Aqua Bay on Thurs after scheduling to confirm they said I could pick up earlier 4-4:30. We got there around 4:30, Truck not back yet, so we left came back at 5:30 no truck. They had a 10ft for us we could take. I tried getting thru to u-haul on hold for 15 mins then sent to scheduling on hold again for 15 min and cut off. Nice service NOT. What would have happened if there wasn't a 10 ft truck? It was now 6 pm, do you not tell your clients hey you need this back by this time as someone is waiting. We almost did not get a truck, down to the last minute. We had to move out that night. I'm sure this doesn't bother you at all, you have other customers, why should we book with you another time? I'd be surprised it you respond.
