Marc NEverything was okay, but there was app and internet issues causing a delay on pick up
John FTail gate on the trailer was very noisy.
edward bThe computer system was acting up and had issues finalizing rental. Trailer had a padlock on it and they had trouble find the key. Upon return the staff did not process that I had returned the trailer a day ahead of schedule and I had to phone back the next day to get it finalized so I didn't get penalized for not returning it on time. This location is more concerned with their operation than helping with the rental of Uhaul equipment.
