Made a reservation and called to see if I could come pay and pick up the trailer later. Good thing I called because business hours were incorrect and was able to reserve equipment for a time when the business was closed. No phone call to advise! There was no light cable when I went to pick up my rental trailer. Took one from another trailer on the grounds and it worked, however the bottom set of lights did NOT work. Called the 24 hour service and was told it would be a very long wait to have someone come to fix lights. Took my chances and drove it without. Would think twice before renting here again.
