Be open when you’re supposed to be open have employees that don’t have an attitude because they had to be at work clean equipment before pick up inspect equipment before releasing it with damaged parts and have at least the basic knowledge of equipment

Easy smooth transaction. I arrived late as the employee was about to close for the day, but he delayed his departure to ensure I got my equipment. When the location computer failed he found alternate ways of completing the process.

EVAN SBattery was weak. After second start, I could feel the battery die. I then had to keep the engine running for 1 hour as I couldn’t afford a dead battery. Don’t expect this from a Uhaul rental. 0/5
