The computer system was acting up and had issues finalizing rental. Trailer had a padlock on it and they had trouble find the key. Upon return the staff did not process that I had returned the trailer a day ahead of schedule and I had to phone back the next day to get it finalized so I didn't get penalized for not returning it on time. This location is more concerned with their operation than helping with the rental of Uhaul equipment.

Better walk through
Orvil DI made reservations for a trailer pickup for the morning of July 1 (Canada Day). I also called the Aqua Bay location the day before to confirm the reservation and was told all was in order. When I arrived the morning of July 1, I found the location closed!! I called Uhaul and they were able to locate the area manager who was awesome. He came in on his day off to help us and another party who was there to pick up a truck. If your rent from U-Haul be very wary if your pick up location is Aqua Bay on Midland Ave.
