Ball for trailer wasn’t lubed therefore it wasn’t seated properly upon pick up and the person assisting me apparently didn’t notice the trailer wasn’t properly seated on ball, let alone check it out before departing. Had to use WD-40 to lube the connector for ball to seat properly . The store where I made my reservation Gofuel, wasn’t opened and owner acted like he didn’t want to serve me, so all in all very poor CS in Kingsville, TX
