We did not receive our trailer til a hour and 15 minutes after our designated time. The “secretary” who apparently was the only person who knew how to work U-Haul at this location did not decide to show up to work til 9:15 am, when they open their business at 8 am. We were very disappointed in our business at this location and do not recommend to anyone.
