There were no personnel there, which is understandable because the location was closed. However, this location appears to share an address with a seemingly unrelated business with a different name. The dropbox is not identified as being a U-Haul dropbox. As a result, we had to call U-Haul where nobody could tell us where the dropbox is located. After 45 minutes, we took a chance and put the keys in the dropbox for this seemingly unrelated business because there was nowhere else to leave them and no one to ask. It turned out OK, but this location needs to indicate that the dropbox is for U-Haul.keys. Not a good experience at all.
