Self checkin before opening hours
KERRY WProvide each location with more equipment. The dolly I reserved was not available and my husband had to go to a different location to pick it up.
ELIZABETH HParking lot is difficult to enter/exit with a large vehicle off of a busy road.
BARTH BWe parked our vehicle in their lot and took the truck and when we came back we saw they moved our vehicle to an adjacent lot. Being a tow company they moved it because they were going to seal their lot and I was not happy about it. They should have communicated that. Moving my vehicle off their lot was a deal breaker and I won’t ever go back.
