Having available to rent ratchet straps when you rented a trailer should be mandatory. No help proposed to help to pin the trailer, another customer helped me.

FILIPE ECouldn’t leave the renting location at first with truck because it was stuck in mud/ice. We lost 1 hour waiting for a solution. Made us lose time on the location and U-Haul charged twice the location fee because we had to bring the truck late so we could finished our move with the time previously lost.
