Had an 900 am appointment, the location wasn't even open. Which in return made me late after hiring movers to assist with loading. Then I also rented an appliance dolley. After the owner arrived, I was informed that he didn't have an appliance dolley and it should've never let me rent it. I'll never use uhaul again. I will not recommend this particular location to ANYONE…..

I didn't get the utility dolly or the furniture dolly
