This drop off location is in a small town and pretty remote. No one was there at the time (2pm) but they had a number to call and told me exactly what to do. From there I followed the return instructions on the UHaul app and all was good.

Sheila RIt is a store that supposed to be open on Saturday. The owner told Me His vacation started saturday and he would be gone, I understood that and said I would pick the truck up on friday.. He then call me Thursday To say. He have an emergency and he won't be there friday, I explained to him that I wouldn't have that kind of money to keep it from thursday to tuesday.. He then replied I don't know what you're going to do then... I called your Jackson Mississippi office. And they were so professional. They walk me through everything but that location in kasiescon on well street. Was not professional at all and did not represent u.Haul in a manner which I know you guys would be proud of.
Letunja HThe drop off place was fine, my complaint is that the original drop off location that was assigned didn’t even rent uhauls any more. We didn’t find that out until we went to drop it off.
