A little trouble with the key, but outside of thar it A-OK. Would not give it a second thought about using U-Haul again.

My issue was with UHaul in general. This location was great and helpful. I originally made a reservation with another location and the day before I got a call that the truck I had confirmed was not going to be available. Another truck that size was not available anywhere in the area I needed. I had to then go with a van which caused me to make more trips, mileage and more time. I was very disappointed in this service aspect from UHaul. Just because your reservation is confirmed, I guess doesn’t guarantee you the truck you requested.

JEFFREY SHOWEVER, My experience with U-Haul corporate was unprofessional and hugely disappointing. If given the opportunity to rate that aspect of the experience, it would receive at best, one star.
