I told the front desk person I just wanted to take care of the rental then my brother would bring me back to pick up. She demanded I take U-Haul now. When I returned it she said I would receive an email with my balance. I wanted to know there and then. She said when she was ready to get up and do it was the response. Rude and not felt like a valued customer. I will avoid this U-Haul if she is still there.
