I placed a reservation for a truck a week and half early. It was held , the day before, I received a phone call saying that the truck was not available. The nearest store was 45 miles away. Had to downsize to stay nearby. Don't hold a truck and then a day before say they are not available.

JERICA BI was charged an additional $20 fee for not scanning a QR code. I download the app and could not find where to return rental truck through the app by scanning code
