How U-Haul Reviews WorkMy reservation got switched up the day before I was supposed to pick up the rental. The location I got switched to did not have the truck ready for me at my 8am pick up time and I had to come back an hour and a half later when they opened. This caused a domino effect of pushing back and altering plans I had set up for the entire day.
JAVIER RVehicles need to be washed and clean when picked up and not having the windshield covered in bird poop and big splatter and dirt.
Phil FOnly ding on the location was the road construction on Windy Hill Rd makes it a bit difficult to get in and out towing a trailer at rush hour. That's not the fault of U-Haul, and is temporary (12 month) problem.
