While the rental truck was clean and well-maintained in appearance, it unfortunately had an internal leak that I couldn't have detected at pickup. During my move, rain entered the cargo area and ruined my mattress. I suggest that leak integrity be added to your pre-rental inspection process to prevent this from happening to others, and I would like to discuss a resolution for the damaged property.
Jennifer BDropped off after hours so didn't go inside, but the return area was clearly marked and the key drop box was in a conspicuous location. Both turns into the lot from the road come quickly so be ready. Me and another person who happened to be returning their Uhaul blew right passed it and we had to find a place to turn around.
