Everything was great. All was perfect!!
Dawn F.I was charged for a “Cleaning Fee†and the rental was dirty inside (I submitted a picture on the pick up questionnaire) and had trash in the bed of the truck when I first got it. I threw out the trash from the bed off the truck and I get charged for this.. I have attempted to get this corrected twice and both times I got told “the system is down.†I have a feeling I'm being lied to and will not get credit for this.
