I set up a mobile pickup; however, the app indicated that the equipment was not set for mobile pickup therefore I had to wait for the store to open. Wasted time again and this is the second time a mobile pick up didn’t work at this location.

Margaret PI had selected mobile pick up at 10 AM. Arrived on time. Your app said I needed to get the keys from inside the store, but the door was locked and no one was there. Waited. Then called. Was told to wait more. eventually got keys... a full hour after arrival. Not cool.
