I am all about wanting to support a local business, but I did not have a positive experience. Poor customer service with vague and unresponsive return procedures. I was told to take a business card and email the address on it when I returned the equipment. Email did not work. Sent a text to the mobile phone number provided, no response. I had to call the 800 for US storage to report that I returned the equipment, was given another email, sent a message, no response. I will not be returning to this location.
