To be fair, I have no issues with this location. They were actually great. My issue is with the district manager. I reserved a truck and set it up to be automated through the app. When I went to pick up my rental, I found the lock box where the key should have been was empty. No one set the key out. No problem. Mistakes happen. I set up a rental for the next day instead. When I canceled the existing reservation, I was informed my reservation had a $50 guarantee. Since they were unable to keep my reservation, I would be getting $50 . Cool. A month and a half and 4 calls to customer service later, and I still haven't seen that $50. It's a different excuse each time I call, but the district manager in charge is clearly playing games hoping people will just drop it . Not me. It's only $50, but it's the principle. Don't offer that guarantee if you don't intend to honor it. I've filed a complaint with the BBB. BUYER BEWARE...if you have any issue with your rental, the district office in this are will not help you!

Les sVery dumb policy to not refund gas filling beyond where it is requested. To get that accurately is guess work. This has nothing to do with the location, but Uhaul's policy.
