I had selected mobile pick up at 10 AM. Arrived on time. Your app said I needed to get the keys from inside the store, but the door was locked and no one was there. Waited. Then called. Was told to wait more. eventually got keys... a full hour after arrival. Not cool.

Excellent customer service.
FREDERICK GI didn't like the last minute change of drop off location, but appreciated that I was notified by a call rather than text or email.
RAINA FKey was not in lock box. Had to sort out with customer service. Lost time and was late. No offer to offset inconvenience.
CHRISTOPHER BThe check in process could have been great, but I had to call twice because the truck and keys were not ready for me. At first a truck was not assigned to me, which I find just odd since that was the point of my reservation. Then when I checked in to get my keys, the keys were not in the box. I had to wait for the location to open, which was 30 mins after my reservation time. Again, just unprofessional and odd since this is the point of all of the “24/7” service. Had I needed the truck earlier I would have been very upset. Lastly, I never requested pads or extra dollys, but they were listed as inside my truck, but they were not. I was already late since the aforementioned issues, so I just indicated they were not there and left. Then the employee called me and asked if I wanted them. Again, it COULD HAVE been a lot better, but whoever was suppose to prep the trucks the night before did not do their job properly. That’s disappointing.
