Employee speaks very......VERY limited English. Does not know how to operate the U-Haul computer program. Was more interested in selling lottery tickets to other customers than completing my pick-up. He called me behind the counter to complete most of the entries myself. Some of the screens he just waived off, mumbling something I could not understand. I had reserved an Appliance Dolly, all he had was a hand truck, but didn't understand that I needed an Appliance Dolly, and that there was a price difference and I should be refunded if the equipment was not available. I showed him a picture of the dolly I had reserved and all I got was "no" as a response. Worst U-Haul rental experience I have ever had. Would not recommend anyone to this location!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkLocation operator had no clue how access computer program or how to confirm my reservation. Could not speak much English and asked me to assist with logging in to his computer. Then when he could not figure out the user name and password he called a hotline to U-Haul and handed me the phone. I had to negotiate through with operator who connected me with an ASM who confirmed my information and emailed me the contact. I then had to hook up the trailer with no assistance. Which the hitch was to high for and had t figure out how to get it on my vehicle. Then the location operator came out to take a picture of the hookup and pestered me for a tip. Very disappointed and would never rent from this location again.
Nick GI was double charged for some services. I will not recommend this to anyone. I will use 2 men and a truck before I try them again.
Donna RYou charged a visa without my permission or knowledge. I paid with the card that I wanted to use. However, you charged an additional card 12.75. Again, without approval or consent. I’m opening a claim with my bank. The truck was filthy and it smelled.
BRENDA BStore owners were difficult to understand because of language issues and loud remodeling going on. Their Uhaul system was down and They put me on the phone with someone named Emmie, who when I found out my dolly wasn't available and there were only 6 of the 12 blankets I reserved, told me only a truck was guaranteed the accessories are not. I ended up driving around myself to find a dolly at another location. We had driven all the way from Texas to Georgia and had to load a house in one day. That Is why I reserved everything and the local dealer should be the one who makes sure everything is there! This location should be removed from your list of dealers!
