I reserved this uhaul at least a week in advance in Palmview with my friends. Come to find that they had moved my pick up location to La Joya. I had an appointment! I arrived at my appointment hour. The young man that was at location was clueless about my appointment time, truck or rental. I was so disappointed with the form that he was spoken to by your management staff. I heard the person on the other end of the line ask, what do you want??? Im very busy! I don't rent trucks today... figure it out. I HAD an appointment! How very sad that you would treat your staff in such a hostile way. But not my problem! 1800, was the one that helped him. Overall, I may give it a 1 star! Over 15 minutes, when it should have taken 5! I was late to my next meeting because of this! I hope they improve their disposition.
