Don't answer their phones. Hang up on customer. Don't answer voicemails. Impossible to coordinate anything with them, except to show up during work hours and talk to U-Haul scheduling.

David S.Person working helped the people that came in after us! I called the night before said we wouldn't have uhaul there until 2pm..the girl said that's okay! Then they charge us for and extra day! Not good! And not happy about it at all!
