The one employee at this location was not trained and struggled to assist me. The 10 ft truck did not have a working air conditioner but since I had picked up the truck I was obligated to keep it and call for repair. Only after paying and signing documents are you given the U haul and then expected as the customer to document it's condition. And on top of all of this stress I was charged more than my U haul quote. I showed the untrained employee my quote but she had no knowledge on how to correct this and recommended I contact customer service. I did call U Haul support and the telephone representative insisted that the price difference was taxes despite my explaining that the base rate was different. I have now emailed U Haul customer support about the pricing issue and not received a reply. Overall renting a U Haul was a stress full experience with no customer support that I would not recommend but probably cannot be avoided since there are so few options in our area.
