The young lady that assisted me was quite brusque with her general manners or lack thereof, I do not believe customer service is her forte'. Possibly work on behaving as if you like your job and that customers requiring assistance are not interrupting your day. Side note: Not all people want nor have the ability to use a cell phone to do YOUR job, perhaps it would be a good idea to think up front " this customer probably does not have a cell phone, this is where I need to do my job", and oh I dunno, maybe smile too. I happened to have cell phone, she got lucky that day, I don't always have it on me.

PETER RI have never had such a difficult experience with U-Haul until this move. The website worked terribly, support was unhelpful/obstructed the initial pickup process, and my pricing changed about 4 times, so I will not be accepting any charges. I will never be using U-Haul again. Time to use Penske from now on. The location of pickup was fine, but everything having to do with U-Haul’s side as a company made everything with moving take way longer than it should have.
