PAUL CI don't have a complaint about this particular place, but with UHaul in general. Since you didn't give me a chance to rate UHaul, I have to do it here. I reserved this trailer at a location near where I was. Little did I know that this was just a "requested" location. Instead, I had to drive almost 30 miles each way to get the auto transport. In Nashville, that means well over an hour of my time. I made this reservation on 9 July, pickup was 4 August. I can't see how a transport was not made available in that time. 100% dissatisfied with UHaul, but pleased with Easy Towing.
