It was super congested, had to wait for uhauls ro be checked in before we could get our truck. We were suposed to get our truck in alpena but was told was unavailable so had to go to lachine. Was told they would add extra miles to my original 55 miles since we had to go farther to get truck but they never added on extra miles so I got charged 30 bucks for extra miles I shouldn't have.

SUSAN LLocation will add insurance to your trailer rental and give you no choice if you get a trailer. U Haul insurance is OPTIONAL. If you get dinged for it, call the 800 number and explain you want your money back.
