The location is inconvenient. It’s well outside of the major city nearby. But everything went pretty smoothly. There was only one person working and they have multiple “hats“ at this convenience, store, gas station in U-Haul location, but she’s a rockstar and makes it work, but the owner of this place certainly needs to have two people on staff.

Customer service was excellent! A little expensive but made my move easy.
Darianna LYour website would not allow me to rent past 5 days, which wouldn't allow me to do this online; that was an issue. Also, when my wife rented a Uhaul truck with my email address, your program wouldn't allow me to rent a trailer using the same email address, that was an ISSUE. Get those bugs worked out and its only up from there.
Nicole SIt would be nice if the phone or answered or calls got returned and if the employees weren’t so busy talking about how hungover they were from partying the last few days. Perhaps the sticky stuff all over the cab of the truck would’ve been wiped up and not left for the next renter. Additionally, if the EXACT address of where I was moving stuff to was indeed needed, I shouldn’t have been directed to drop the truck off at the farthest location from that address. I drove by 2 other locations closer that I could have dropped off at instead.
