First of all get enough employees to take care of U-Haul customers as well as store traffic. Second, I have no idea why we were told we didn’t return it when it was sitting right there. Lack of communication is terrible. We received 2 receipts for the same return a few days apart. That makes zero sense. I absolutely would NOT recommend this U-Haul rental location ever.
