If it wasn't for the lady at the location asking what we were picking up we would have gotten the wrong trailer. Uhaul doesn't tell you the opening on the utility trailer is smaller. She said it happens to often good thing she had a car hauler.

Explain before pick up what size ball is required for a trailer as I was uninformed and had to buy a new ball
