The staff were polite and helpful The truck had a loose connection at the battery I stopped on the route. The vehicle would not start when I got back in to continue my trip. I popped the hood, thinking that a boost was required. I noticed the loose terminal and tightened the terminal post with a pair of pliers and the vehicle restarted. The passenger side mirror also loose
