Good morning, all service was excellent, I am having difficulty understanding why I have not yet received the security deposit reimbursement.
THIAGO MThe staff was excellent! They were very helpful and accommodating. However, the 10' box truck I rented was horrible! I'm a retired military person, and this vehicle reminded me of a truck from the streets of Afghanistan! There was an extensive amount of exterior body damage, and the interior was extremely worn (but clean). That's describing it kindly.
Francis UNice employees, but the store had a smell like multiple dead animals. I would recommend correcting that issue, as I am sure it isn't healthy for the employees.
