I reserved my U-Haul truck along with blankets and an Appliance Dolly. U-Haul markets "Reservation Guarantee" I was very tired and stressed from "moving" as many are when I arrived to pick up my truck. I was informed there was No Appliance Dolly which I really needed and No Blankets available at the pick up site. I was about to get 'upset' however the customer service Agent Vee was so exceptionally nice and gave me such a calming explanation that I was like OK. By the time I checked out we were sharing laughs, stories and joking around. VEE is an rare find in the Customer Service world these days & I do hope the franchise she works for Appreciates her! THANK YOU VEE for turning a stressful time into a JOYFUL experience!
